Chocolate Fondue with Fruit
Rinse cherries (with stems) and raspberries and pat dry well. Peel, core and cut apple into wedges. Peel and slice kiwis and banana.
Sprinkle lemon juice on apple and banana. Arrange decoratively on a plate with all other fruit.
Heat cream and crumbled chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring often. When chocolate is melted, stir in the orange zest and juice. Pour into a fondue pot and place on a hot chafing dish. If desired, stir in orange liqueur.
Serve fruit with fondue forks or wooden skewers.
