Chocolate Fondue with Fruit
Rinse and trim the fruit. Peel if necessary and cut into bite-sized pieces.
For the chocolate sauce, chop the chocolate coarsely and place in a fondue pot along with the cream. Melt over a very low heat, while stirring. Flavor to taste with orange juice/zest, cognac and orange liqueur.
To serve, thread the fruit onto the end of a skewer and dip into the chocolate sauce.
