1 kilogram mixed Fruit (figs, pears, gooseberries, pineapple, sweet melon etc)
200 grams Whipped cream
250 grams Dark chocolate
1 Orange (grated zest and juiced)
2 centiliters Orange liqueur (as desired)
4 centiliters Cognac
Wooden skewer

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the fruit. Peel if necessary and cut into bite-sized pieces.

For the chocolate sauce, chop the chocolate coarsely and place in a fondue pot along with the cream. Melt over a very low heat, while stirring. Flavor to taste with orange juice/zest, cognac and orange liqueur.

3.

To serve, thread the fruit onto the end of a skewer and dip into the chocolate sauce.
