Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the fruit and cut into bite-size pieces. Place the fruit on wooden skewers and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.

2.

Chop the chocolate and melt over a hot water bath, stirring constantly. Add the rum, cream and cinnamon. Pour the chocolate into a preheated bowl. Serve the chocolate with marshmallows, nuts, dried fruits and fruit available for dipping.
