Chocolate Crispy Fruits
Coarsely chop white and dark chocolate separately and melt each separately on a hot water bath. Pour each cereal into a deep dish.
Rinse and trim the strawberries, cutting smaller if needed. Peel the banana and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Rinse apples, dry, cut into eighths and cut out the cores.
For each fruit piece skewer on a fork, dip into either chocolate, let excess drip off and then roll in the cereal. Put fruit on a plate in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.
Stick the fruits alternately on wooden skewers.
