Chocolate Cream Sundae
Whisk 120 grams (approximately 1/2 cup) of cream with 4 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, the cream liqueur, and nutmeg. Whisk in the crushed ice.
Place 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup, 20 grams (approximately 1 tablespoon) of cream, and 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream into four dessert glasses. Top with the chocolate-cream mixture.
