For the crust
100 grams Ladyfinger
75 grams Amaretti cookies
75 grams liquid butter
For the filling
450 Dark chocolate
600 grams Whipped cream
5 centiliters Amaretto (liqueur)
Chocolate curl (to decorate)

Preparation steps

1.

For the crust: Crumble ladyfingers and cookies with a rolling pin, mix with melted butter and press into a springform pan. 

2.

For the filling: Chop chocolate and melt over a double boiler. Remove from heat and let cool.

3.

Beat cream until stiff, stir in amaretto and fold in chocolate. Spread filling into crust and spread even. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. 

4.

Remove from pan, slice and serve garnished with chocolate curls.
