Chocolate Cranberry Fudge

This delicious fudge contains vitamin C from the cranberries and antioxidants from the cocoa.
Nuts like walnuts or almonds are delicious in the fudge as well.

Grease an 8" square baking tin and line the base with non-stick baking paper.
Melt the chocolate and condensed milk in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat.
Stir in the cranberries and sift in the icing sugar, stirring until blended. Stir in the vanilla.
Spoon into the tin and level the surface. Chill for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
