180 grams sugar
4 eggs
150 grams Dark chocolate
75 milliliters Whipped cream
80 grams white Chocolate

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a Bundt pan and sprinkle with nuts. Chop the walnuts into small pieces and mix with the flour, almonds, baking powder and spices.

Cream the butter and sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix in the flour mixture until just combined then transfer to the prepared pan, smooth the top and bake for around 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan then transfer to a serving plate.

Chop the dark chocolate and melt over a hot water bath. Stir in the cream and let cool slightly. Spread over the cake. Chop the white chocolate and sprinkle over the cake. Serve.
