1 Springform pan (26 cm ⌀)

100 grams Dark chocolate
100 grams Milk chocolate
125 grams Corn flakes
For covering
100 grams Baking chocolate
400 grams Whipped cream
2 packets whipped cream stabilizer
2 packets Vanilla sugar
2 packets Chocolate ball
Lemon balm

Preparation steps

1.

For the base: Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pot of hot (not boiling water). Stir in corn flakes.

2.

Press mixture into springform pan and set 45 minutes. Once cold, loosen from pan and place on a cake plate.

For the topping: Chop chocolate finely. Heat cream and melt chocolate in it then chill for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Then beat chocolate cream with cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff.

Put 12 chocolate balls for decoration aside. Mix remaining chocolate balls into cream.

5.

Top cornflake base with chocolate cream and sprinkle chocolate balls decoratively on top. Garnish with lemon balm leaves and serve.
