- 200 grams dark Couverture
- 200 grams Milk chocolate couveture
- 400 grams dried Coconut strip
- 3 tablespoons chopped Pistachios
Chop the dark chocolate and place in a bowl. Chop the milk chocolate and place in a separate bowl. Melt each chocolate over a pot of simmering water until smooth. Stir half the coconut shavings into the dark chocolate and the other half into the milk chocolate.
Dollop 1 tablespoon portions of each chocolate mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with the chopped pistachios. Allow to set before serving.
