- 125 grams Margarine (or butter)
- 100 grams Sugar
- 50 grams Brown sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon-vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 medium Egg
- 125 grams Pastry flour
- Baking soda
- 75 grams Hazelnuts
- 150 grams Chocolate chip
Beat the butter or margarine until fluffy. Gradually stir in the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and egg. Mix the flour and baking soda. Sift the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Fold in the hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
Use teaspoons to heap portions of the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F). Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
