Preparation steps

Beat the butter, sugar and powdered sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs. Mix the flour, almonds, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix the flour mixture and the butter mixture.

Fold in the chocolate chips. Use a tablespoon to heap portions of the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Slightly flatten the cookies and bake for 15-17 minutes at 190°C (approximately 375°F). Remove from the oven, let cool on a wire rack and serve.
