4 tablespoons Natural yogurt
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon grated Orange peel
200 grams Pastry flour
75 grams ground Hazelnuts
½ package Baking powder
125 grams brown sugar
1 pinch salt
75 grams dark Chocolate
200 grams Sour cherry (from a jar)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.

Beat the eggs until fluffy. Gradually add the orange juice. Stir in the yogurt, melted butter and orange zest. Mix the flour, nuts, baking powder, sugar and salt. Fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Fold in the grated chocolate.

Pour half of the batter into the pan. Spread the cherries (well drained) on the batter and cover with the remaining batter. Bake for about 50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan.

Cut into pieces and serve.
