14 ozs Baking chocolate
4 ozs butter
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
10 ozs coarsely chopped Cashews

Preparation steps

1.

Line pan with plastic wrap.

Finely chop chocolate. Place chocolate and butter in a pan set over another pan of simmering water. Stir until melted. Stir in powdered sugar, cinnamon, and cashews. Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan, let cool slightly and refrigerate about 2 hours. 

3.

To serve, remove from the mold and cut into 2" squares or cubes.
