Chocolate Candy Cookies
Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix butter with sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Gradually add in the egg, then add the vanilla. Mix flour and baking powder and stir gently. Fold in the chocolate-coated candies. Use a teaspoon to spoon the dough on the baking sheets (about 5 cm - approximately 2 inches - distance between each, and also between the cookies and the edge of the sheet) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then take the cookies off of the sheet and le completely cool on a wire rack before serving.
