110 grams melted butter

100 grams chopped Hazelnuts
3 tablespoons Pastry flour

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Crumble the biscuits. Mix with the butter, egg, nuts and flour to form a dough. Spread evenly on a baking tray. Bake for 7-9 minutes. Remove and let cool. 

Preheat the oven to 170°C (approximately 325°F). Chop and melt the chocolate over a hot water bath. Mix the chocolate, quark and mascarpone until creamy.

Fold the eggs and sugar into the melted chocolate. Spread the mixture on the cake base and bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. Remove and let cool. 

For the topping, warm the chocolate and cream in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Thinly spread the icing on the cake, smoothing the surface. Allow to dry. Cut small pieces (1x3 cm) using a knife dipped in hot water. Place a skewer in each piece and serve.
