21 ounces Dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
cup Coconut oil
cup cream (at least 30% fat)
3 ½ ounces Nut (e. g. almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, peeled and roughly chopped)
½ cup Candied cherry (roughly chopped)
9 ounces Biscuit (e. g. butter biscuits, crumbled)

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate, coconut fat and cream in a bain marie stirring continuously.
2.
Remove from the heat, stir in the nuts and cherries and leave to cool.
3.
Once cool stir in the biscuits.
4.
Line the cake tin with tin foil, pour the chocolate mixture into it and spread evenly. Chill for at least 4 hours.
5.
To serve, knock out of the tin, remove the foil and serve in slices.
