Chocolate shaving (to decorate)

1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Wire rack, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Loaf pan (25 cm Länge), 1 Measuring cups

Preparation steps

Crush the chocolate cookies with a rolling pin and mix with the almonds and melted butter. Line the base of a springform pan with baking parchment, put the crumb mixture into the pan and press down firmly and evenly.

Chop the chocolate. Put the cream into a pan, bring to a boil and pour over the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the Amaretto and butter. Let the mixture cool, then beat in a mixer and spread smoothly on the chocolate crumb base. Cover and put into the refrigerator to set (preferably overnight). To serve, decorate with whipped cream, raspberries and chocolate shavings.
