Preparation steps

Mix the butter until creamy, stir in the powdered sugar, and add in chocolate and ground hazelnuts. Process to a paste, and let rest about 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and place an equal distance apart on a parchment paper lined baking tray.

Preheat an oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.

4.

Mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice, spread with a brush on the cookies. Garnish with sliced ​​almonds and  decorative chocolate and allow to dry.
