- 200 grams very soft Butter
- 200 grams Powdered sugar
- 200 grams Dark chocolate (grated)
- 300 grams Hazelnuts (ground)
- 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 1 Lemon juice
- sliced almonds
- planed Chocolate
Mix the butter until creamy, stir in the powdered sugar, and add in chocolate and ground hazelnuts. Process to a paste, and let rest about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and place an equal distance apart on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
Preheat an oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice, spread with a brush on the cookies. Garnish with sliced almonds and decorative chocolate and allow to dry.
