Ingredients
1 cup blanched Hazelnuts
11 ounces Milk chocolate (chopped)
5 ounces plain Dark chocolate (chopped)
½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/375°F/gas 5. Spread the hazelnuts out on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 5–10 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool.
2.
Put the milk and plain chocolate into a bowl over a pan of hot, but not boiling water. When melted stir once or twice and remove from the heat and cool.
3.
Finely chop the nuts in a food processor or grinder. Add the icing (confectioners') sugar and grind for 10 seconds. Mix the ground nuts, melted chocolate, oil and vanilla together until smooth.
4.
Spoon the mixture into one or two clean dry jars. Cover and store in the fridge.
