- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Lard
- 2 Tbsps ground paprika
- 2 liters Beef broth
- Caraway
- thyme
- salt
- 1 jar Red wine
- Fondue
- 300 grams Beef fillet
- 400 grams Salmon
- 250 grams Monkfish
- 250 grams Perch fillet
- 6 shrimp (peeled)
- 400 grams Broccoli
- 400 grams Romanesco broccoli
- 12 shiitake mushrooms
- 250 grams Rice
- chili peppers (in oil)
- 4 carrots
- 3 scallions
- 50 grams Spinach
- ½ zucchini
- ½ Napa cabbage
- ½ Romaine lettuce
Preparation steps
1.
Peel onions and garlic and mince. Blanch tomatoes, peel and chop. Heat lard in a saucepan, sauté onions and garlic, sprinkle with paprika and pour in water. Crumble in bouillon cubes and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with spices and pour in red wine. Pour broth through a sieve and keep warm.

Rinse fish, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces.

Thinly slice meat.
4.
Rinse and chop remaining ingredients.
Cook rice.
Serve fish, meat and vegetables with hot broth.
