1 headEndive torn
2Boskop Apple cored and sliced
6 tablespoonslemon juice
2 tablespoonsliquid honey
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 tablespoonsSeed oil
1 tablespoonflaxseed

Directions

1 Cut the plums into eighths.
2 Mix together the lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil. Marinate the plums and apples in the dressing for about 15 minutes.
3 Mix the endive with the marinated plums and apple slices and serve sprinkled with linseeds.
