Preparation steps

Step 1/3
Cut the plums into eighths.
Step 2/3
Mix together the lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil. Marinate the plums and apples in the dressing for about 15 minutes.

Mix the endive with the marinated plums and apple slices and serve sprinkled with linseeds.
