3 cupsspring mix Baby greens
2 cupssliced rotisserie chicken
3 cupscherry tomatoes rinsed; trimmed and halved
For Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tablespoonsMaple syrup
2 tablespoonsgood-quality olive oil
1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1 tablespoonchopped, fresh Basil
coarse salt to taste
freshly ground Black pepper to taste

Directions

1 In a large salad bowl, combine spring mix, chicken and tomatoes. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
2 For Vinaigrette Dressing:
3 In a small bowl, whisk maple syrup, olive oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper together.
