Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and mince. Mix the chicken, egg yolk and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into four patties and cook in hot oil for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Cut out the nose and eyes from the cheese. Rinse the cucumber and cut into slices. Halve 4 cucumber slices to use as ears. Rinse the tomatoes, cut out the stalks and cut into 4 slices. Rinse the watercress and shake dry.

3.

Cut the bread horizontally and toast. Top with the chicken, cheese, tomato and cucumber slices. Add the ketchup and sprinkle with the watercress. Cover with another slice of bread. Serve decorated with the eyes, ears and nose.
