Ingredients

Tennis Biscuit (crumbed)
½ cup
melted butter
1 tablespoon
Filling

Candied cherry (shredded)

Marshmallow (shredded)
1 cup
1 teaspoon
¾ cup

Preparation steps

1.
Mix the biscuit crumbs, melted butter and sugar together and squeeze against the base of a tart dish of 25 cm. Keep chilled.
2.
Whisk the condensed milk and lemon juice together till thick. Add the cherries and marshmallows and stir. Whisk the cream and vanilla essence and fold into the mixture. Add the pineapple pieces.
3.
Pour into the dish and keep chilled.
