350 grams Dark couverture chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
300 milliliters sweetened condensed milk
75 grams Walnut
50 grams Maraschino cherry
75 grams almonds

Preparation steps

Chop the dark chocolate and place in a double boiler or a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir in the butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Remove from heat.

Coarsely chop the walnuts and almonds. Chop the maraschino cherries into small pieces. Mix the nuts and cherries into the chocolate mixture and spread into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Transfer to the refrigerator and cut into cubes once cooled.
