1 lemon (freshly squeezed)
2 kilograms jam sugar
8 Jam jars (with twist-off lid)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the stoned cherries, and bring to a boil with the lemon juice and jam sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often.

2.

Remove from the heat, puree briefly, then divide into the prepared sterilized jars. Seal tightly, and turn upside down to cool for 15 minutes. Turn right side up and cool completely.
