juice of Lemons (juiced)
5 tablespoons
150 grams
pitted sour cherries (from a jar)
2 centiliters

Preparation steps

1.

Mix yogurt with lemon juice and 3 tablespoons sugar until smooth. Puree cherries with remaining sugar and rum and fold into the yogurt. Pour the mixture into a shallow metal tray, cover and place in the freezer.

2.

When the mixture begins freezing, stir vigorously with a fork. Repeat three to four times, about every 20 minutes. (Or freeze in an ice cream machine).
