Cherry Danish Pockets
Thaw the puff pastry and separate. Cut into equal squares. Beat the egg and brush over the squares.
Drain the cherries. Place 1 tablespoon of cherries with a bit of jam in the center of the square. Fold the dough in half to form a triangle pocket. Place on a parchment-lined sheet tray and brush with the egg wash. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
