Cherry and Kirsch Batter Pudding
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Butter a baking dish generously.
Mix together the flour, salt, milk, eggs, honey and kirsch to a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the dish, then sprinkle in the cherries.
Bake for about 35–40 minutes, until puffed up and golden. Serve warm.
