125 grams softened butter

8 sheets gelatin
500 grams Quark
500 grams cream cheese
1 generous pinch Lemon peel
100 grams honey
2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
4 centiliters Orange liqueur
200 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

For the base: crumble cookies with cornflakes. Crumble 1 tablespoon very finely and set aside for garnishing. Mix the rest with butter and arrange in lined with baking paper springform pan. Rress evenly and refrigerate.

For the cheese cream: soak gelatine in cold water. Combine quark with cream cheese, lemon zest, honey and vanilla sugar. Heat up liqueur and add squeezed gelatine, mix until dissolved.Combine with 3-4 tablespoons of cream. Add to the remaining cream. Fold in heavy cream and spread filling onto cake base and smooth. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Release cake from springform and place on a cake plate. Using a grid (to make checkered pattern), sprinkle with reserved crumbles and serve.
