75 grams brown sugar
5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
5 tablespoons Orange juice
250 grams Strawberries
2 mint
1 scoop Mozzarella (125 g)
2 tablespoons Almond slivers
8 Wonton wrapper
clarified butter (for frying)
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Melt brown sugar in a pan over medium heat, lightly stirring so it melts smoothly and evenly. Pour in balsamic vinegar and orange juice. Simmer over low heat, still stirring so that the brown sugar is completely absorbed.  Remove sauce from heat and allow to cool.

Clean and top strawberries (cut in half depending on the size). Dip strawberries into the cooled sauce.

Rinse, pat dry and finely chop the mint leaves. Drain and chop mozzarella cheese. Mix mint leaves, mozzarella and almonds in a bowl. Lay out wontons and put 1 teaspoon of filling on each. Brush wonton edges with water, fold into triangles and press together firmly. Heat buter in a large pan (such as a wok) and fry wontons for about 2 mintues pers side or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel. Place 2 wontons on each of 4 plates along with the strawberries.  Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
