For the crust
90 grams butter
80 grams sugar
1 packet Vanilla sugar
½ egg
1 pinch salt
170 grams Pastry flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the filling
750 grams Quark
1 package vanilla Instant pudding
1 ½ eggs
100 grams sugar
500 grams assorted Fruit (such as nectarines, apricots, pears and berries, peeled and sliced as needed)

Preparation steps

1.

For the crust, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll out between two sheets of plastic wrap to a diameter of about 32 cm (approximately 12 inches). Press into a tart or springform pan.

2.

For the filling, mix the quark, pudding mix, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar smooth. Spread on the dough.

3.

Arrange the prepared fruit evenly on the filling. Bake in preheated 170°C (approximately 350°F) oven about 60 minutes.
