2 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
4 slices Raclette Cheese (or Swiss, Gruyere)
thyme (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic and press into a small pot. Add butter, heat and melt.

2.

Rinse mushrooms. Leave whole or cut into pieces if desired. Brown in oil for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Preheat broiler.

Toast bread until golden on both sides under broiler, watching carefully. Top with one slice of cheese and melt.

5.

Remove bread from oven and top with mushrooms. Drizzle with garlic butter and serve sprinkled with thyme.
