Champagne is the perfect way to celebrate, and at the same time, it contains antioxidants that prevent damage to your blood vessels, reduce bad cholesterol, and prevent blood clots.
You can also use prosecco if you cannot get champagne.
Briefly simmer sugar in a pot with 7 ounces water briefly and let the sugar dissolve. Pour lemon juice through a sieve into the pot and let cool. Then add rose liqueur, rose water, and champagne. Whisk the egg white until stiff and stir into the pot.
Pour all into a metal bowl and freeze for about 5 hours. During freezing time, stir mixture every hour with a fork. To serve, spoon sorbet with ice cream scoop into glasses and serve cold.
