- 3 Tbsps Wheat flake
- 3 Tbsps Millet flake
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower seed
- ¾ l milk
- Maple syrup
- 4 Tbsps Corn flakes
Preparation
1.
Peel the fruits and halve them if necessary. Remove the pits, cut into pieces and arrange in four bowls.
Mix the cereal with the sunflower seeds and shower over the fruit.

Shower with cornflakes and pour on the milk. Serve immediately with maple syrup.
