11 ounces gluten-free Egg noodle
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 skinless, boneless Chicken breasts (cut into thick strips)
1 onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon Coriander (lightly crushed)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 red chile pepper (sliced)
2 heads Broccoli (cut into florets)
¼ head red Cabbage (shredded)
8 tablespoons gluten-free tamari
1 large Orange (juice)
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the egg noodles in boiling water, according to the packet instructions. Drain well and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the chicken and onion and fry for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Add the coriander seeds, garlic and chilli and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the broccoli, cabbage and tamari sauce. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the broccoli and cabbage are tender.
4.
Stir in the orange juice, sesame oil and cooked noodles and cook over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until heated through and the chicken is cooked and tender and there are no pink juices.
5.
Divide between4 serving bowls.
