Preparation

Mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, and tahini paste with 2 tablespoons water. Season with salt and stir in the parsley.

Mix the carrots with the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. If desired, tie carrots together into bundles with seaweed.
