Preparation steps

1.

Bring heavy cream and mocha to a boil. Remove from heat and cool completely.

Strain through a fine sieve and boil with syrup and sugar. Stir constantly and cook for about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from heat and pour into a baking dish lined with aluminum foil. Smooth with a spatula and cool. Cut into cubes and serve.
