8 ripe Apricot
100 grams sugar
150 milliliters Marsala wine (semisecco or pear juice)
1 tablespoon crushed Cardamom
2 tablespoons Pistachio (coarsely chopped)
250 grams cold Natural yogurt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apricots, cut in half and remove pit. Mix the apricots, cardamom and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over low heat to melt the sugar.

2.

When the sugar becomes golden, pour in the Marsala. Simmer until the mixture is reduced about 2/3. Mix the cold yogurt with the pistachios and serve with the warm apricots.
