Cocoa powder (to sprinkle)
Baking cup (2-3 cm)

Preparation steps

1.

Line mini muffin tins with paper liners.

For the muffins, crumble chocolate and melt slowly with butter and espresso powder. Gradually stir in sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour and salt.

Place batter in a piping bag and fill paper liners halfway. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15 minutes. Remove and cool.

For the filling, melt chocolate, butter, heavy cream and espresso powder slowly. Pour over cooled muffins and cool. 

5.

For decoration, stir all ingredients (except the cocoa powder) and place in a piping bag with a smooth nozzle. Pipe over filling and chill. Dust with cocoa powder to serve.
