1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Measuring cups, 2 Small pots, 1 Sieve
Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract), salt, butter (in small pieces), egg and ground almonds and knead to a dough. Form into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm on a floured work surface and cut out diamonds. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Scatter with chopped candied fruit and brush with melted honey. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Take out and leave to cool.
