150 grams soft butter
150 grams powdered sugar

100 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Peel apples, remove core and grate the flesh finely. Chop chocolate as finely as possible.

Mix flour with cornstarch, baking powder and nuts. Combine butter, sugar, cinnamon and salt until creamy with an electric mixer. Stir in eggs thoroughly one at a time.

Stir flour mixture and milk with a spoon into the batter mix. Fold in apples and chocolate and pour batter into the pan. Place in oven and bake for about 1 hour (test doneness with a toothpick). Allow to cool in the pan, then remove, slice and serve.
