Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until light and creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs, then pour in the milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift over the top and with a work into the batter with a whisk. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
