½ packet Baking powder

4 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until white and creamy. Gradually add eggs and stir. Pour in milk. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into batter. Mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove, cool briefly in dish, remove and cool completely.

Crumble cake into a bowl. Beat cream cheese with butter and powdered sugar until frothy and mix with cake crumbs. Form into small balls about 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) in diameter and chill for at least 1 hour. Place each cake ball on a stick, dip in lemon juice and decorate as desired with sprinkles. Dry and serve.
