Ingredients

- Ingredients
- 1 small head Romaine lettuce
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic
- 3 tablespoons reduced fat Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Apple juice
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 300 grams Turkey medallion
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 2 tablespoons Canola oil
- 50 grams Parmesan (wedge)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce clean, shake dry and cut into strips.
For the dressing: Finely chop the shallots. Mince 1 clove of garlic. Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, apple juice, sesame seeds, shallots and garlic.
2.
Cut the turkey into thin strips and cut toast into small cubes. Chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the garlic, turkey strips and toast cubes until crispy, turning frequently. Remove from the pan quickly to prevent croutons from burning.
3.
Arrange the prepared romaine lettuce on four plates. Top with turkey strips and croutons. Drizzle the dressing over the salads. Finish by grating Parmesan over the top of each salad.
