Preparation

Brush the cibatta slices with olive oil then top with the tomatoes. Peel the garlic, pass through a press, and sprinkle in between the tomatoes.

Brush the tomatoes with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the oregano.

Place on a baking sheet, then bake in a 220°C (approximately 430°F) oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
