- 500 grams Tomatoes
- 4 sprigs Basil
- 2 Mozzarella (125 grams)
- 12 slices French Farmhouse bread
- 30 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 210°C (approximately 410°F). Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.

Brush the bread with the olive oil and top with tomato and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper and bake on an oven rack for 5-7 minutes. To serve, garnish the bruschetta with the basil leaves.
