Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

For the brownies: chop chocolate coarsely and melt, stirring, over hot water bath.

Whisk butter and sugar until creamy, add melted chocolate.

For the cream: whisk butter until foamy, gradually add cocoa powder, salt, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat heavy cream until stiff and fold.

Spread cake with cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Melt chocolate over hot water bath, dip fork into it and make chocolate stripes on the cream. Dry cake and cut into pieces. Serve.
