Brownies with Walnuts
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with parchment.
Coarsely chop the chocolate. Place the butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl, set over, not in, a pan of simmering water and melt the chocolate; let cool 10 minutes. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the nougat cream and stir in the cream fraiche.
Break the milk chocolate coating into pieces.
With a wooden spoon, stir the flour and nuts into the chocolate mixture. Fold in the milk chocolate.
Spoon the batter into the baking pan, smoothing the top. Bake on thr middle rack of the oven until a wooden stick inserted in the center comes out with some moist crumbs attached, about 30 minutes. Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
Cut the brownies in pieces and serve garnished with strawberries.
